Marcy's Prison Facility is a mid-level state security prison for men in Marcy, Oneida County, New York. To some extent Marcy specializes in providing alcohol and drug treatment programs. All Marcy is on one level; no ladders, so it is suitable for disabled prisoners. It also has a higher number of vocational programs than the average.
The prison is along with the New York Central Psychiatric Center , where prisoners imprisoned from state and local jurisdiction can be detained and treated, and Mid-State Correctional Facilities. The Psychiatric Center accommodates sex offenders who are done civilians.
