Legal diseases are generally unlimited, ie they are related or manifest elsewhere in the body. However, the feet are often the first place some of these diseases or signs or symptoms of others appear. This is because the distance of the foot from the central circulation, the heart and the constant exposure to pressure from the soil and body weight.
The foot may look simple but it is a complex structure with 26 bones, 33 joints, many muscles, nerves and different ligament types. Every part of the foot can be affected. Some foot abnormalities can appear only with mild pain, but other foot problems can be very serious and limit the ability to walk or hold weight. A small number of cases of foot pain respond to home care treatment unless severe pain is present because it is a crippling condition and usually requires some type of medical attention. If leg pain is not handled on time, it can cause long-term disability and continued damage to the foot.

Cause
The most common cause of foot pain is an inappropriate shoe. Women often wear tight narrow and constricting shoes, and are thus most vulnerable to foot problems. Tight shoes often cause too many toes and produce various structural defects. The most common cause of foot disease is subsequent overuse or traumatic injury.

Diagnosis
In addition to physical examination, X-ray MRI or ultrasound studies can be obtained to assess the soft tissues and blood vessels. Standardize questionnaires and assessment systems, such as American Orthopedic Foot & amp; Ankle Society (AOFAS) foot and ankle questionnaires, can help get the history and physical examination necessary to accurately make and diagnose foot and ankle conditions.
Skin and nails
Often there is a difference made between the dorsal skin condition and the plantar skin. Common examples include callus-thickened skin, athlete's foot or nail infections (onychomycosis), veruka virus infection, and ingrown toenails that can cause bacterial nail infection (paronychia).
Corn and calluses is a strong thick layer of skin that develops in the feet to protect the underlying skin from pressure and friction. Corn and calluses are very common and do not look fun. Corn and calluses generally require treatment only if they cause problems. For most people, the best treatment of corn and calluses is to eliminate sources of friction or pressure.
ingrown toenails is a disorder in which the nail begins to grow into the soft fleshy area of ââthe toe. It causes intense redness, pain and swelling. Ingrown toenails often affect the big toe. The best treatment for ingrown toenails is to get the nails partially or completely removed.
Artistic foot condition
The condition of articular feet is often present differently from other arthritic areas of the body. Achilles tendinitis is produced from stress in the calf muscles and Achilles tendon. These strong tendons are often inflamed when playing sports like basketball. Tendons become irritated and cause moderate pain. When treated promptly, tendinitis is lost. Occasionally, the Achilles tendon can rupture if it is too tight. When the Achilles tendon ruptures, a person may feel a sudden pop followed by a sharp pain. The outbreak of the Achilles tendon makes it impossible to walk.
Bunion is an abnormal bone mass that forms on the big toe and points outwards. This deformity is unsightly and painful. When the big toe enlarges at the base, it can force the other toes to face each other. Over time, the big toe pushes out and changes the normal leg line. Bunions occur for various reasons but the most common is not wearing the right shoes, arthritis and various structural defects that are inherited.
The flat leg (Pes planus foot) basically means that the curvature inside the feet is flat. This very common painless disorder can occur at birth or after pregnancy. Flat feet generally do not cause problems but can sometimes cause the foot to spin in (pronation). There are orthotic footwear insoles (foot orthotics) that help fix flat soles. Surgery does not fix the legs flat and should be avoided.
The hammer toes are unsightly and show curved toes because there is a bend in the center of the toe joint. Hammer hammer occurs mainly because the shoes are too tight on the front or the heel is too high. In such situations, the toes tighten to the front of the shoe and produce abnormal changes. Eliminating pain, pressure, changing shoes, or wearing shoes, enough for most people.
Uric acid often presents pain and pain in the base of the big toe. Generally women are more prone to gout after menopause. Acute uric acid attacks are very painful and walking on the foot is not possible. Gout is essentially a disorder caused by deposition of uric acid crystals in the joint.
Plantar fasciitis is a common cause of heel pain. The thick fibrous bands at the bottom of the heel are inflamed and cause tremendous pain. The pain occurs when you get out of bed. After a few hours, the pain disappears but can come back after a long standing period. Plantar fasciitis most commonly occurs in runners, obese individuals, pregnant women and those who wear shoes with inadequate heel support. Treatment of this torturous disorder involves pain control, steroid injections, proper use of legs and rest.
Relieves pain
In some cases, foot problems and painful conditions can be treated. Synovium hydrolyzes the cartilage in healing and can relieve pain quickly. Synovium gel looks very strong like urine, deviate from the consumer. However this only happens after it expires. Blood thinners may also work but are considered a poor remover by medical practitioners due to the fact that they can contribute to headaches and in some cases increase the leg pain afterwards.
Vascular Disorders
Atherosclerotic restriction on arterial supply in peripheral arterial occlusion disease may cause painful arterial ulcers of the ankles and legs, or cause gangrene in the toes and feet. Immobility of a person can result in long-lasting pressure applied to the heel that causes the wound press.
Uninterrupted venous drainage of the legs in varicose veins may sequentially result in changes in hemosiderin brown color to the ankles and feet, stasis dermatitis varicose veins and ultimately venous ulcers.
Other disorders of the foot include joint osteoarthritis, peripheral neuropathy and plantar warts.
