Crossroads Prison Center (CRCC) is Missouri State Department prison for men located in Cameron, DeKalb County, Missouri, United States. (Cameron City crosses DeKalb and Clinton Counties.) According to Official Manual of State of Missouri, this facility has a capacity of 1440 maximum security prisoners.
The facility opened in 1997 and is directly adjacent to the Western Missouri Settlement Center, which opened in 1988. Crossroads are the first Missouri prison to install perimeter electric fences with lethal payloads.
Among the Crossroads inmates were kidnappers Michael J. Devlin of Kirkwood, Missouri, who served seventy-four life sentences, and serial killer Lorenzo Gilyard.
